These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.This site is owned and operated by EasyTrack Limited (‘EasyTrack’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’). If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website. 

The Contract Between UsAny contract for purchases made through the website will be with EasyTrack. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.EasyTrack is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. 

General TermsThese terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.Additional terms and conditions may apply for some events, products and promotions. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.These terms and conditions only cover the EasyTrack website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply. 

This WebsiteEasyTrack own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the EasyTrack website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.We make no warranty that the EasyTrack website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error–free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the website. Payment DetailsEasyTrack accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard,  Maestro and Delta via our payment solution provides. All product prices and charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.Upon receiving your order EasyTrack carries out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds in order to fulfil the transaction.  

Changes to This Agreement EasyTrack reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Easytrack Ltd Trackday Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all Easytrack Ltd memberships and event bookings:

EasyTrack Customer service:
Easytrack aim to provide the very best level of customer service in the Track Day industry. Our cancellation/amendment terms are industry leading at 3 day deadline, our email and telephone response rate is 2nd to none. EasyTrack Ltd enjoy a 99.4% customer satisfaction rate and 94.6% customer return rate.

Delivery of orders:
All bookings for events are confirmed on a live instant basis and you will be delivered a confirmation by electronic mail to the address you state in your account. EasyTrack Ltd do not dispatch any trackday confirmation via post or courier.

Provisional bookings:
Uncompleted provisional bookings will be held for 1 days only, after which we cannot guarantee the booking.

However, if we are within 4 weeks of an event no provisional booking is guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel such bookings without notice.

All payments must be made in advance. A provisional booking will only be confirmed once Easytrack Ltd has received full payment. Bookings will not be honoured unless full payment has been received. We accept no responsibility for loss arising due to a booking not being guaranteed.

Transfers/Credit:
Bookings can only be used for the person declared at time of payment and are strictly NON-TRANSFERABLE between drivers/riders without the prior permission of Easytrack Ltd. Our standard administration fee may be charged at our discretion. Driver/rider transfers made without arrangement will not be honored with no credit issued. No transfer is possible within 5 days of an event.
Bookings for events may be transfered to another event (or held in credit) if the original booking is made more than 4 weeks before the original event in question AND the credit request is then made more than 21 days before the event.

Where notice is 21 days or less, a credit will be issued only on a discretionary basis and cannot, and usually are not, be guaranteed. Under no circumstances are we able to cancel and credit bookings once within 14 days of an event.

In any case an administration fee (25% – minimum £25) is deducted from the credit total.

In any event, cancellation/transfer requests will only be considered if received in writing by email and confirmation of that email received must be shown to have been sent by us.

Refunds:

Refunds can only be issued if there are 4 or more weeks prior to the event (unless original order made within initial 7 day period) in question and an administration fee of 35% (minimum £35) will be charged. Any transaction fees levied by card issuers or payment gateway will also be deducted from refund total.

Bookings for NON-UK events are, after the point of confirmed payment, strictly non-refundable and no credit can be given unless credit request is made minimum 8 weeks prior to event.
Where a refund is granted the actual refund will be held until after the event in question has taken place, unless that date is 90 or more days away.

Refunds for orders that are made within initial 7 days of payment will be refunded on request less transaction fees unless within 4 weeks of the event booked where the normal administration fee (detailed above) will be applied. If within 21 days of an event no refund will be given and normal credit as above applies.

Easytrack Ltd cannot be held responsible for any fees/charges made or deducted to a refund total by any acquiring agency (i.e. PayPoint, PayPal, AMEX etc) for refund processing. Nor can Easytrack Ltd be held responsible for any interest charged by credit card companies for the period between transaction and refund.

Insurance:

Easytrack Ltd neither recommend or not that trackday insurance is taken out by participants and cannot be held responsible for damage occurring to vehicle or person.

Easytrack Ltd reserves the right to refuse any booking or membership.

Booked extras:

In any event, with the exception of helment hire and passenger places, extras will not be refunded/credited on cancellation.

Event formats:
On grouped/sessioned events a booking will entitle to one place in one group (extra drivers/riders will share that space and must be of same experience level). On open-pitlane events a booking entitles to one run out on circuit per hour at choice of main attendee (subject to availabe tracktime). Additional tracktime is at discretion of EasyTrack Ltd. EasyTrack book approx double the numbers allowed on circuit (under normal running conditions) meaning while half rest, half can be on circuit. The result is free flowing tracktime. Note, EasyTrack cannot be held responsible where drivers/riders claim excess tracktime, stoppages or other situations where normal running conditions cannot be employed. Under this circumstance tracktime will be effected and is beyond control of EasyTrack Ltd.

Semi-open pitlane events (Goodwood & Castle Combe) entitle the main attendee to one session per hour as per grouped events, however the tracktime will not be regulated in terms of allocated timetable. Additional tracktime is usually available under this system and is complimetary.
It is the attendees responsibility to be sure to bring all the correct equipment, including clothing and helmets as per event confirmation details provided upon booking.

Age restrictions:
All riders/drivers must have a full road driving licence and be able to prove they are the person to who it is issued and that it is currently valid without restrictions. This in istelf defines the age limit. Where a non-uk licence is produced, it must be backed up with secondry official ID such as a passport. Non-UK licences can only be accepted where they contain a photo image of the person concerned.

All passengers must be over 16years old.

Any passenger/driver/rider under 18years old must have their indemnity forms counter-signed by a parent/guardian.  Passengers under 18years old may only ride with their parent/guardian.

Force Majure

Although Easytrack Ltd will endeavour to honour all bookings and events Easytrack Ltd reserve the right to alter in any way or cancel any event.

If this becomes necessary Easytrack Ltd will endeavour to inform booked customers as soon, as is practically possible. Easytrack Ltd cannot be held responsible if an event is cancelled or stopped due to forces beyond its control and such fees paid for such events are strictly non-refundable and credits are made at our discretion. Easytrack Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss arising either direct or indirect as a result of cancellation/alteration of an event. No claim for loss can be bought against Easytrack Ltd.

Car Hire/Bike hire
Where a booking includes a car/bike hired from Easytrack Ltd or one of it’s supplying partners, an excess of £2500 (or £4000 where drivers are under 21) for cars and £500 for bikes must be covered by the principle hiring party. If this party has guest drivers or is sharing they may seek to hold individual drivers liable via hire indemnities and our standard indemnities. However, where the guest drivers refuse to make payment, liability for excess will return to the principle hirer regardless of if drivers have signed this agreement or not. The standard Easytrack Indemnity will be relied upon if excesses are not met, meaning liability will be unlimited and to the total cost of damage repair/losses.

Event safety
Individual events are governed by rules, regulations and safety regulations given and explained in advance to all customers, which must be agreed to.

Easytrack Ltd reserve the right to eject and refuse access to any customer found to be in breach of those rules. All event participants are required to sign an industry standard indemnity form before participating in an event. If this in not done Easytrack Ltd reserve the right to exclude the said participant. This includes, but not limited to, participants vehicles and equipment not meeting the required safety, emissions and condition standards which may be subject to change and are at the sole dicretion of the event managers and saftey marshals.

Media
All images, film and recorded sound made at an event, regardless of who by or for, remain the property and copyright of Easytrack Ltd and may not be used for commercial reasons. Commercial use of such media will be subject to a charge of £25000 per instance plus any charge made by the venue operators in question.

Misc

The fact that information, products or services are shown on this site does not necessarily mean that the product and services that we provide are suitable for you. It is your responsibility to check this out. Some of the services on this site may not be available or may have changed. (For instance – all vehicles must be able to obtain an MOT to enter an event. If there are changes to MOT regulations which effect a vehicle previously cleared for events, it is your obligation to ensure it meets the new ones) .

All persons booking onto an Easytrack Ltd event agree to the following provisions & must submit a signed copy of, prior to sign-on at an event:

In consideration for being permitted to participate in this track day by Easytrack Ltd I accept, agree and confirm that:

1. I am familiar and satisfied with the nature of the event and I wish to undertake in the event. I accept that, injury or damage may occur. I understand and accept these risks and take part in the activity at my own risk.

2. I am competent to take part, I am not taking any drugs (whether prescribed or otherwise) that may impair my ability to take part and I do not suffer from, and have no history of, any medical condition that could affect my ability to take part in this event.

3. I understand that Easytrack Ltd and/or the venue operator, reserve the right to refuse circuit access to any person or vehicle it deems unsuitable or not meeting required standards. This includes, but not limited to, those of noise emission relating to this event/venue. I have familiarised myself with these requirements and understand and accept that in this circumstance no person is entitled to compensation or refund.

4. I understand that Easytrack Ltd will not be scrutineering participant’s vehicles before permitting them on the track, nor has it any control over the level of competence of other participants. I am responsible for ensuring that my vehicle meets the minimum safety and quality requirements as required for the event.

5. I understand and accept that Easytrack Ltd (and/or other participants and/or venue operator) does not carry insurance to cover my vehicle and therefore damage to my vehicle (whether controlled by myself or someone else) in any circumstance is entirely my risk and responsibility.

6. I understand that racing is prohibited, and that the purpose of the event is to allow the participants to improve their skills and learn the handling characteristics of the vehicle(s) they are using. I accept that should Easytrack Ltd or representatives of the venue owners deem that I am participating in a manner that is dangerous (to myself or others) or that is in contrast to these rules, they have the right to exclude me from further participation without compensation or refund. I myself am responsible for the way in which I use the track.

7. I shall wear suitable clothing covering fully arms and legs. I shall wear and correctly fasten seat belts or harnesses at all times whilst in a vehicle and a crash helmet meeting approved standards at all times whilst on the circuit. I shall ensure and remain responsible for any passenger I carry doing the same.

8. I will pay due attention to any instructions given to me at the event by Easytrack Ltd or the venue operator staff. This includes, but is not limited to, attending a participant briefing and conducting formal familiarisation laps. Should I not understand or accept any of these instructions I will not participate in the activity until satisfied.

9. Easytrack Ltd (or their approved partners) may take photographs and/or video footage of me during this event and Easytrack Ltd may use such photographs or footage (including my likeness and image) for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or payment.

10. I agree that any images, moving or still, that I or any person attending as my guest, make at the event, are for my own personal use only. If any of these images are used in any commercial enterprise, publication, broadcast or any other form of public media I agree to indemnify Easytrack Ltd of any fees levied by the circuit operators.

You agree to make no claim against Easytrack Ltd or it’s officers or agents in respect of any loss or injury suffered by me during a track event, and to indemnify them against their costs and losses arising out of any claim made against them by anyone to the extent that such costs and losses are attributable directly or indirectly to my participation in a track day. 

I have read and agree with the above declaration and indemnity, along with Easytrack Ltd terms & conditions and venue regulations.
