Many people have been caught out with grey-US imports which, while excellent and essentially the same kit, don’t come with the warranty/guarantee or service a UK based outfit can offer.
We’ve been told of people being charged import tax on delivery and hefty shipping charges to send units back to the US for repair (though how someone actually damages one of these all but bulletproof cameras is beyond us – the build quality superb).
