This guide is meant simply as that a guide not gospel. It is not necessarily how you will find the circuit to drive, but should give you some idea of what you will be doing on a track day:
The Brands Indy circuit is a lot of fun, and the most popular venue among our members. Book early for these ones!
The circuit maximum is 36, but we feel this is unsuitable for the venue. Track space is important, and using a 3 or 4 session format (depending on weather conditions and car & driver mix), while restricting the total number of entrants has found favour with both our guests and Brands Hatch circuit itself.
The maximum, in the very best conditions, cars on track at any one time will be 24, but usually less.
Nigel Mansell won the first Grand Prix of his career here at Brands.
Although the group that owns the circuit also owns the rights to stage the British Grand Prix, planning problems at Brands have seen the race stay at Silverstone (now also under the careful control of the same group). Brands Hatch does, however play host to major events through the year - the BTCC and a round of the World Superbike Series.
A historic and popular circuit which has seen many great races in the past, and continues to do so.
When you first take Paddock Hill Bend at speed, you’ll experience a true highlight of track driving in the UK.
