This guide is meant simply as that a guide not gospel. It is not necessarily how you will find the circuit to drive, but should give you some idea of what you will be doing:
Donington is a major UK circuit and a major venue. It’s also fantastic fun. It always feels spacious and safe yet has some super challenging super fast corners. The “Old Hairpin” for instance is one of the quickest hairpins you’ll ever drive, and the “Craner Curves” leading to it are commonly regarded as one of the best corners of any circuit.

There are two different layouts, GP and National. Many drivers prefer the shorter national. McLean’s and Coppice can get notoriously tricky, helped in no small part to being on the approach and take-off path for the airport.

During a wet day the remnants of aircraft fuel can be seen. There is plenty of overtaking space and most types of car will feel equally at home here.
